Verdugo Hills Art Association is proud to announce our next meeting on May 1, 2015 at 7pm, at the La Canada Community Center!

Our demonstrating artist in May is Jimmy Wisnowski, who focuses on outdoor landscapes in both ols and watercolor mediums. Living in Chicago for much of his art career has given him a unique feeling for the urban cityscape. Through his work, he shares the rediscovered beauty that may be lost or forgotten in every day subjects. He shows the uniqueness found in simple ordinary neighborhood
scenes, which are often overlooked. After relocating to California he finds plenty of inspiration in the rocky coastlines, colorful fishing villages, and vineyards, as well as colorful urban scenes.

Read more about Jimmy Wisnowski in our May Newsletter.

Membership Dues

The 2014-2015 dues are now due. If you pay before September 6, 2014 the dues are $35. If you pay after September 6th. the dues jump to $40. So it makes sense to pay before September 6. But if you really want to stay on top of things, why not pay this season and next season at the same time and not worry about next year? You'll be one year ahead of yourself.
